Key Responsibilities
- Drive international business growth by identifying, targeting, and converting new opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand eFormax’s footprint across global markets
- Create impactful proposals, presentations, and pitches, followed by consistent follow-ups to close deals
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and achievement of targets
- Identify market gaps, emerging trends, and client needs, and translate them into actionable strategies
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with market demand and value delivery
- Engage with high-value clients and decision-makers, building long-term partnerships based on trust and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in IT / back-end operations
- Strong track record in selling services such as:
Data Management | Data Processing | Data Conversion | Web App | Mobile App | Digital Marketing - MBA / PGD in Marketing, IT, or International Business from a reputed institute
- Proven ability in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing international deals
- Expertise in proposal development and client presentations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
