Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international business growth by identifying, targeting, and converting new opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand eFormax’s footprint across global markets
  • Create impactful proposals, presentations, and pitches, followed by consistent follow-ups to close deals
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and achievement of targets
  • Identify market gaps, emerging trends, and client needs, and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with market demand and value delivery
  • Engage with high-value clients and decision-makers, building long-term partnerships based on trust and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in IT / back-end operations
  • Strong track record in selling services such as:
    Data Management | Data Processing | Data Conversion | Web App | Mobile App | Digital Marketing
  • MBA / PGD in Marketing, IT, or International Business from a reputed institute
  • Proven ability in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing international deals
  • Expertise in proposal development and client presentations
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • A self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
