About this position
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create high-converting campaigns and landing pages
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM systems
- Identify trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities in digital channels
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Experience in lead generation and funnel optimization
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services / SaaS / Digital Transformation industry
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms
