Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize campaign efficiency
Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create high-converting campaigns and landing pages
Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM systems
Identify trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities in digital channels
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
Experience in lead generation and funnel optimization
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services / SaaS / Digital Transformation industry
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms
